Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Crafted Mahjong™. As a small, one-woman studio, I take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are packed by hand. In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days. For pre-orders or limited-edition sets, estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship using USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping within the U.S. (as noted on our site).

3. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products

If your item is a pre-order or made-to-order product, please refer to the specific ship window listed in the product description. Delays are rare, but we’ll notify you if anything changes.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Delivery Issues

Crafted Mahjong™ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once an item has been accepted by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to help where we can.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at craftedmahjong@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement.

7. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for a $75 USD flat shipping fee plus any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs upon delivery. Delivery times may vary by region.

We’re not able to offer shipping outside the US and Canada at this time. We hope to reach more customers in the future — thank you for your patience and support.
