Refund policy

Effective Date: August 2025

Crafted Mahjong™ is a one-woman, small-batch business. Each tile set is designed, assembled, and packaged by me in limited quantities out of my home.

Because of this, all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons. I know this requires trust, and I take that responsibility seriously.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing issue, please email me within 7 days of delivery at craftedmahjong@gmail.com with your order number and photos. I will replace the affected item or make it right.

Please note: each set is hand-detailed and slight variations in engraving, color, or finish are normal. Colors may also appear different on screens depending on device settings. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

If you have any questions or would like to see additional photos before purchasing, please email me at craftedmahjong@gmail.com. I’m happy to provide alternative lighting, angles, or close-ups whenever possible. Because all sales are final, I want you to be fully informed and comfortable before placing your order.
