Once I place an order, a lot of the timeline is out of my hands — every tile is cut, engraved, and hand-painted by real people, in a real factory, on their schedule, not mine. This page is where I track that process as honestly as I can, so you always have a place to check back and see exactly where a collection stands and roughly when it's expected to arrive.

These are my best estimates at this exact moment — not guarantees. Things like factory queue times, raw material delays, a failed inspection, shipping delays, or customs can all push a timeline out. When that happens, I'll update this page rather than let you wonder.
